Mission Statement
CarOracle represents the buyer in a transaction where nearly every other participant is paid by the seller. We hold no inventory, no brand allegiance, and no quota. Under California Vehicle Code Section 11735(e), a broker acting as the agent of the consumer owes that client a fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty, and loyalty. That duty is the basis of the business, not a description of our attitude.
Why we exist
Few people would close a real estate transaction or file a complex return without representation. The second-largest purchase most households make, the vehicle, they handle alone, against a counterparty who does this every day.
What we do
We establish what the vehicle should cost, negotiate the terms, review the contract before it is signed, and coordinate delivery. Purchase or lease, new or pre-owned, any brand. The client makes the decisions. We handle the process around them.
Licensure
California dealer license No. 43082 with an autobroker endorsement. Every California broker's license is a public record. You can verify ours, or any competitor's, through DMV records.
